Delivery

Shipping Policy:

1. Order Completion Time: All orders must be completed and paid for 2 days before the delivery date.

2. Basic Delivery Time: Delivery is available Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

3. Free Shipping Offer: Free shipping in Hong Kong for orders over $880 (Except for remote areas & special day where additional quotation is required)

4. Same-Day Order: For same-day orders, please contact us to confirm availability. Each same-day order will incur an additional shipping fee of $100.

5. Cut-Off Time: Orders completed online after 5:00 pm will be counted as the next day's order. Any next day order will be counted as a same-day order.

6. Weekly Flower Delivery: The weekly flower delivery date is every Friday of every month, and the weekly flower delivery fee is free (Except for remote areas where additional quotation is required).

7. Specified Time Order: If you want to specify a certain time for delivery (such as specifying 2:00 pm), you need to add $140 for shipping.

8. Return Policy: Once the order and payment have been completed, the order cannot be canceled, and a refund can be applied for only if the flowers are found to be damaged due to transportation. If any damage is found, please notify our driver, take a photo and whatsapp us, we will decide on a proportional or full refund accordingly.
